The G1 Foot Sole is a 3D-printed replacement part for the humanoid robot Unitree G1. The sole features a structured tread pattern with triangular and round elements designed to provide secure grip and optimized ground traction. Several recessed mounting points (screw bosses) allow precise and stable installation on the robot foot.
The component is divided into three sections – heel, midfoot, and toe area – and has been geometrically adapted to match the original foot design of the G1. Thanks to additive manufacturing, material properties and geometry can be individually customized if required.
The Unitree G1 Foot Sole is the lower contact and support plate of the foot module of the humanoid robot Unitree G1. It forms the direct connection between the robot foot and the ground, playing a key role in stability, balance, power transfer, and the safe execution of walking and movement sequences.

Multiple drill points and structured contact surfaces enable accurate installation within the foot system and ensure even load distribution during operation.
