The G1 Torso Cover Set is a 3D-printed replacement housing part for the Unitree G1 humanoid robot and includes the front and rear torso covers. Together, both shell components form the external body enclosure of the torso and protect the internal electronics, cabling, and drive components of the G1.
The ergonomically shaped, slightly curved outer surfaces with segmented surface structure match the original housing geometry of the robot.
The front side features the characteristic Unitree logo emblem as well as several mounting holes for precise installation.
The rear side includes cut-outs for cable routing, shoulder connections, and a side tooth-profile structure for positive-fit connection with adjacent components. Due to the additive manufacturing process, material properties and geometry can be individually adjusted if required.

The Unitree G1 Front Wearing Plate is a precision-fit front cover or protective plate for the front upper body section of the Unitree G1 humanoid robot. The component serves as an external body panel and protects internal mechanical as well as electronic systems from dust, contact, and minor external impacts.
Its ergonomic and aerodynamic design allows the Front Wearing Plate to integrate harmoniously into the robot’s modern appearance. Several precision mounting holes for secure installation as well as a high-quality silver surface coating with the Unitree logo are visible.
The plate not only improves the external appearance of the robot, but also supports the structural covering of sensitive assemblies in the chest or front section. Due to its low weight and robust material construction, the component is ideal for continuous use in service, research, and demonstration robots.
