MYBOTSHOP Cover
The G1 Head Cover is a 3D-printed head shell replacement part for the Unitree G1 humanoid robot.
The dome-shaped cover forms the outer casing of the robot's head, protecting the internal sensors, camera modules, and electronics from mechanical impact. The smooth, aerodynamically shaped outer surface with rounded edges matches the original head geometry of the G1 and gives the robot its characteristic appearance.

The interior features a structured ribbed framework with integrated mounting tabs and clip points, ensuring stable and precise attachment to the G1's head frame. The additive manufacturing process allows material properties and geometry to be individually customized as needed.
The Unitree G1 Head Upper Cover is a structural protective shell located on the upper section of the robot’s head. It forms the top enclosure of the head module and protects sensitive internal components such as sensors, cameras, and electronic systems. The cover also contributes to the robot’s clean, humanoid appearance.
