More details

Unitree G1 – Shoulder Clamp (spare part)

Original spare part for the Unitree G1 humanoid robot. The shoulder clamp holds the assemblies in the shoulder joint in position and takes up the forces that pass through the joint with every arm movement. It is therefore a load-bearing mechanical component, not merely a cover.

After falls, collisions or extended operation with high arm loads, it is one of the parts that should be inspected and replaced when necessary. It is replaced individually, without exchanging the entire arm assembly. As an original Unitree part, hole pattern, clamping dimension and geometry match exactly – which matters, because deviations at a clamping point directly affect play in the joint.

Your advantages at a glance

Original part: manufactured by Unitree, dimensionally accurate for the G1
Secure fit: precise clamping geometry keeps the shoulder joint free of play
Individually replaceable: no need to exchange the arm assembly
Worth keeping in stock: a mechanically loaded component wherever robots are operated with a risk of falling
Service from Germany: advice, spare parts supply and repair through MYBOTSHOP

Note

We recommend installation by trained personnel. When replacing the clamp, pay attention to the cable routing in the shoulder area and tighten the screws to the torque values specified in the Unitree documentation. On request we carry out the replacement in our workshop.
