Our robot arm for mobile manipulation provides innovative solutions for versatile tasks. Mounted on a mobile platform, it enables precise grasping of objects at point A and their secure placement at point B. With high flexibility and reliability, this robot arm is the ideal solution for dynamic applications in different environments.
In addition, our manipulator is equipped with state-of-the-art joint motors that offer precise and versatile performance. The individual joint motors feature an ARM CORTEX-M3 MCU with 32 bits and 72 MHz, contactless absolute encoders for position determination, coreless motors, PID control, a resolution of 4096 pulses per revolution, and various operating modes such as current control, velocity control, and position control.
Specifications of the Joint Motors:
- MCU: ARM CORTEX-M3 (72 MHz, 32 bits)
- Position Sensor: Contactless Absolute Encoder (12 bits, 360 °)
- Standby Current: 40 mA
The robot arm is powered by the QUADRUPED's own voltage and is controlled via USB. The user can also perform the assembly, as only 4x M3 screws are required, included in the package.
In addition to the hardware, a printed version of a Quick Start & Operation Guide is provided, along with comprehensive documentation and a Gazebo simulation available online:
